Shipping & Delivery

We aim to have all items made and posted within 1-3 days of an order being placed (if not sooner). We are currently posting items (domestic and international) on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. 

Due to the current climate with COVID-19 we have decided to remove our free shipping option for the time being given the delays which are taking place world wide. We think it's important that you are able to track your parcels which is something free postage didn't offer.

All domestic orders are sent via the Australia Post eParcel network. We have two postage methods available, those being tracked or express post. You will receive a tracking number for your order once dispatched and you can track your order via the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

International orders are being posted using DHL eCommerce. Once in transit, you can track your item via : https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/ using your tracking number which will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been posted.
